Prince Modius is the ruler of the region of Gary, Indiana. He resides in a large, well-protected estate. While he clearly lost the war he fought against Prince Lodin, and most of his former allies abandoned him, he still exerts a great deal of influence over the region and is likely a powerful Kindred in his own regard.
All of the competitors must announce themselves in accordance with Kindred traditions to Modius and gain his permission to stay in the area and take over domains.

Allicia
Ancillae Gary, Indiana
Allicia is Prince Modius' childe. She seems very naive and innocent. Whether this is an act or not, is hard to tell. She is, after all, a vampire, and has been for some time.
Allicia has recently said the first words she has uttered in 50 years, telling Pablo that she is in love with him. Since she is the Prince's sire, this could be trouble for Pablo.
