THE PUZZLE
Mr. Confetti's special Malkavian insight has led him to Gary, Indiana to create the Contest of Will. But, what is Mr. Confetti's true motive for doing this?
There is a puzzle. It needs to be solved. As the Competitors continue through the storyline, they will unlock pieces. Only when all of the pieces are unlocked, will the picture finally be clear, and the true reasons for Mr. Confetti's presence in this region will be known, even to himself!
Mortimer T. Smith hatched a plan that allowed the Competitors of Will to save the Ventrue Tommy Hinds from Final Death at the hands of the Prince of Gary, Modius. But why is Hinds' important?
Currently, his mind has been shattered by months of torture at Modius' hand. But Mr. Confetti intends to repair his fractured mind. What will he find within?
