The Primogen Council consists of some of the most powerful Kindred in Chicago. It has been learned that there are six of them. It is starting to become clear that a Prince will be decided when four of them come to agreement about a particular candidate. Knowing who they are, therefore, becomes of paramount importance to swaying their opinions about who will become the next Prince of Chicago. And other important matters, as well.
Nicolai Antonescu is the Tremere Primogen, and though he looks like a child it is clear that he is ancient. And extremely dangerous.
Prince Modius has mentioned that the Toreador Primogen in Chicago will back him for Prince of Chicago. Beyond that, you can't get any information about this individual from him, as per the Primogen's instructions.
Alexander Danov has mentioned that one of the Primogen in Chicago is Nosferatu, but that the Primogen is busy trying to help all of the members of the clan, who apparently are all in some sort of personal danger or another.
