The Petting Zoo is in Gary, Indiana. Not only was it pathetic to begin with, but thanks to Mortimer's tampering, the state thinks that there are abuses by the staff towards the animals going on. He is coming in as the "new state supervisor" to make some alterations.

The takeover of the Petting Zoo has given Mortimer influence over a few animals and mortals. Here is the lineup:

Wiggly the Hamster. He's acrobatic and loves to play.

Squiggly the Hamster. He's tough and loves to brawl. He can push his way past most obstacles!

Lou the Iguana just kind of sits around examining his surroundings. He can remember people he's seen! He's smart.

The petting zoo people named him Great White because they are stupid. He is not a shark. He is a goat. He will gore you if annoyed!

Gary Central Information Hub

By taking over the information hub of Gary, Mortimer has guaranteed a secure internet for himself and the other Competitors of Will. Because of his special bots created by The Algorithm, if anyone has an intrusive program in the network, Mortimer will learn about it and possibly be able to trace it back to its owner. There are plenty of other things for a globally powerful hacker like Mortimer to do with a hub like this, but since it is currently just a ramshackle hub created by some IT guy getting paid the bare minimum by the city, there isn't much going on there right now.

As Mortimer is one of the premier hackers in the world, he has one of the best computer systems in the world. Or he did before it exploded!

He has a new computer system, but its capabilities are slightly reduced until he gets the special parts he needs to rebuild his super computer.

Using The Algorithm, Mortimer has access to all of his special programs that he wrote himself and which are uniquely suited to the infiltration tasks he gets involved in.

Infiltration Kit:

Mortimer has a "bag of tricks" that can allow him to physically bypass most security systems and locks in the known universe. He's particularly adept at entering places he isn't allowed to go, and his very special tool kit helps him facilitate this process.

Retainer: Tron, the Harpy Eagle

Using his Animalism skill, Mortimer was able to summon Tron all the way from Brazil!

Tron has no problem adapting, and he likes Mortimer. He's been very helpful in terrorizing the other animals at the petting zoo to ensure their cooperation with Mortimer's schemes.

Tron has many uses as a messenger, causing distractions, etc. etc.

Mortimer purchased this white van. It's nothing special but has already proven quite handy to the contestants on several occasions, especially when they need to kidnap somebody!

Special Powers and Abilities:

The Algorithm:

Mortimer is the first individual known on Earth to solve the problem of P vs NP, and as such has created The Algorithm. With it, he can determine how to solve almost any problem there is, in a fraction of the time that it would normally take for that problem to be solved. He has created computer software which uses The Algorithm, and as a result, there is no cryptography that he can't break in minutes to hours depending on its level of difficulty, that would take anyone else literally months or years to successfully break. There are only a few individuals alive that know about Mortimer's successful creation of the Algorithm. Most of them are the high-level Nosferatu that control Russia. Mortimer has already created unbreakable cryptography for them, and they are satisfied with his work. Thus, he has been set loose on the world to do whatever he wants. With the Algorithm, he pretty much can do whatever he wants.
